OPPO供應鏈 CSR審核社會責任/質(zhì)量/反恐相關驗廠

可接受的報告類型(以下三個方案任意一個均可)Audit that could be accepted includes:

√ 方案一:OPPO供應鏈 CSR審核。Option1:OPPO Supply Chain CSR audit

√方案二:行業(yè)通用標準/平臺審核。Option2:One ofthewell-recognized CSRstandard/platform

audits. Such as: SA8000 certificationRBA VAP or Non-VAPJACSMETA(4P)ICSIETP

WRAPBSCI,Better Work.

方案三:其它品牌定制化CSR審核，請確保已獲得該品牌授權分享。Option3Exclusive CSR audit of well-known brand. Authorization requested for report sharing.

有效審核報告的判別(下述三個條件均需滿足)Basic rules to iudge an audit report valid or not:

①審核報告主體是與OPPO有實際業(yè)務合作的生產(chǎn)/制造/加工實體。The auditee should be the entity

that produces products or provides manufacturing services to OPPO

②審核報告需由有資質(zhì)的第三方機構出具。其中，如果完成OPPO供應鏈CSR審核，需聯(lián)系OPPO已認證

認可的審核機構，它們是:BSI，IntertekTUV南德:如果完成行業(yè)通用標準/平臺審核，審核機構須已

取得該標準/平臺的官方認可資質(zhì)。同時，提請注意，SMETA審核機構目前僅接受SGSITS BV.UL.

ITS,BVUL and Elevate only are accepted for complete SMETA 4P audit for OPPO supply chain.
